TASTING NOTES:
2014 Cabernet - “This wine is complex, full-bodied, and well-balanced with an intense ruby red color. The aromas of blackberries and plums are complimented with generous touches of oak and hints of coffee, vanilla and chocolate. With the perfect harmony of fruit and oak, this Cabernet Sauvignon has a long, well-balanced finish.” (AbV 13.5%)

2014 Carmenere - “Carmenere was originally thought to be Merlot planted from Bordeaux. It is now one of the signature grapes in Chile and is prized for red raspberry, cranberry, pomegranate, peppery and paprika flavors. If you love Cabernet Franc and Bordeaux blends, you’ll love Carmenere. Secondary notes from the additional time in bottle reveal dried figs and dried Mediterranean herbs.” (AbV 13.5%)

2015 Cabernet - “This is a perfect summer quaffer. Put a 20 minute chill on this Chilean Cab and you’ll be ready to party. Stainless fermented without oak, the wine is a pure expression of Cabernet Sauvignon. Loads of blackberry and a touch of black pepper make this a no-brainer mid-week wine.” (AbV 13%)

Altitude Sickness is a form of Acute Mountain Sickness, caused by rapid exposure to low oxygen levels at higher elevations. Usually it’s characterized by headaches, drowsiness, nausea, and dizziness. For the most part it only occurs above 2.5k meters (8k ft.), but it can vary.
