I’ve never had a problem with them, but I do rarely buy anything from them. Now that you mention it, their somewhat constant barrage of emails seems to have stopped lately. Perhaps their “big rebranding” effort a few months ago was (imo predictably) a bad business decision and they’re suffering for it?
