I prefer unsolicited advertising as much as I prefer random accounts trying to data mine/market research. What is this crap? It has nothing to do with wine or casemates.
@KNmeh7 Ok. I appreciate your answer. Should have specified “wine brands”. I was just wondering if people that willingly opt-in to receive wine deals would prefer them via text vs. email. Not talking about unsolicited advertising. Totally against it.
I don’t give my cell phone for advertising/notification texts to anyone. Not even getting my car serviced, not waiting for the room at a hotel. The only ap notifications I have enabled are my pager and our emergency notification system from work.
Text!? You gotta be kidding.
I frequently purchase from Wine Library and they now have a text notification option.
Option OUT.
No effing way do I want text sales noise, not even from a supplier/vendor/producer I frequent, much less some third party.
Sure! I help out smaller wineries and I’m trying to figure out if it makes sense for them to notify their customers via text when their wines are live here.
I agree with all of the above. I’d be pissed if someone texted me trying to sell me wine. I’d probably avoid that winery/supplier forever…or until I forgot.

@cventuram @KNmeh7 Can you tell us why you want to know?

Email. By far.

Most of the people leave emails unread.
I Prefer Email over Text.
