This wine offers a deep cherry color, with purple tones and red and black fruit aromas like plums and prunes, with hints of balsamic and aromatic herbs. With a silky and pleasant entry in the mouth, it has sweet and ripe tannins and a well-balanced acidity; a delicious Mediterranean blend.

Vinessens is a small family-run winery. We strive to offer our customers something more than just a quality wine. We pay close attention to our ancient vines, some of which are over 100 years old. We are a young family doing what we love the most with great passion, supported by a highly trained professional team who share our vision and help to carry the project forward day by day. These factors guarantee that the wines we bring to the market are based on three fundamental pillars: excitement, innovation and hard work.
At Bodega Vinessens we are always in search of what we call ‘Vinos de Autor’ (Author Wines). Wines that reflect our personalities produced using almost entirely artisan techniques. We are a true reflection of what has become known as a ‘Garage winery’, a new style of winery with new exciting and cutting edge interpretations of winemaking.
With limited production and original, exclusive packaging we offer something out of the ordinary in our wines as well as remaining exceptional value.

This is great to see. I wish I could support Casemates’ first showing of imported wine, but I’m waaay overstocked (for which Casemates is to blame by the way) and just can’t, not even if sharing. But I hope to be ready to next time!
Looks like a big heavy bottle. A good one for bringing to an end-of-year party and push aside the other weaker-bottled wines that others brought.
@KNmeh7@rtjhnstn The problem here is… try buying it. Not available… So this is just an artifact of a previous sale that was missed. And folks likely wouldn’t even know about it unless it was seen on casemates first. The shipping comparison is moot as well, since this shop doesn’t even ship! Pickup only, unless you live in the area and they will deliver locally for orders over $300.
I’m not in on this one, too full. But it is nice to see international wines here. Price comparisons are often apples and oranges if you don’t include shipping and availability.
