Yes on Massachusetts. Every new winery offer will have its own set of states they authorize us to include, but MASS is a state most wineries sign up for as it is a low entry point for permit costs and a very good volume state for wine.
on Kentucky, not so much. while the state did advance it’s D t C laws, there are still issues related to dry sections of the states and carriers are reluctant to approve interstate shipping. the law need to change further for KY to be included.
Curious about Kentucky as well.

I’m planning on doing my shipping into MA (Fall River, specifically) until RI gets it’s head out of its rump on direct shipments.

We have crazy laws? I’ve been receiving in MA with no real issue except the very occasional offering that won’t ship here.
