Anyway, the answer usually is that each winery needs a license to sell to each state. So unless the cost of obtaining that license is outweighed by the money the winery can make selling in a given state, the winery isn’t likely to get licensed there. And if no license for that state, no Casemates.

DTC permit: Initial Fee: $300, $150 for subsequent renewals. A few sales and it practically pays for itself.
The bottle neck is the carrier. They always seem to lag. We are pressing the issue. Would LOVE to Oklahoma on the list!
