So how do we handle bum bottles of wine?

I went to grab a bottle of wine and noticed that a bottle of Broken Earth Pull was having a bad day. The wine is actually drinkable and I’m not looking for a replacement, but if we end up with a bad bottle is the procedure to contact Casemates first or the winery? knocking on wood it’s the last one

- @Thumperchick Ok… thanks. Again, I’m ok with the Pull… just do a lot a risk analysis at work and wanted to make sure there was a game plan… just in case. And stop working on Sunday evenings.
