About Steele Wines
All about minimalism, Steele forgoes additives and uses natural fermentations along with non-GMO yeasts. A combination of gentle pumpover, inert gas, and gravity flow ensures the wine makes it through fermentation without harming the fresh aromas and flavors. Along with their Steele label, they produce Shooting Star label wines, focused on uncommon varietals and specific appellations that should be enjoyed while young.

TASTING NOTES:
“Delicious fruit flavors, subtle spices and a generous mouthfeel come together in this full-bodied, luxurious wine. It has a mouth-filling texture due to lots of fine-grained tannins, very ripe and pure black-cherry flavors and excellent concentration that helps extend the finish.” (AbV 15.2%, pH 3.57, TA 0.63 g/100mL, RS 0.17 g/L)

BARRELS:
9-10 months in neutral American and Hungarian oak.
