TASTING NOTES: “The 2022 Grenache Rosé reveals a beautiful salmon-pink hue with hints of peach and orange. Upon swirling the glass, the wine releases a captivating bouquet of fresh summer fruits. Vibrant aromas of ripe strawberries and juicy watermelon dominate the nose, exuding a sense of sweetness, though the wine is classified as dry. Delicate floral notes, like rose petals and hibiscus, add an enchanting touch, further enhancing the wine’s aromatic complexity.” (AbV 13.3%, pH 3.22, TA 0.64 g/100mL)

PAIRS WITH: Normally I do the whole “That Reminds Me Of” thing to help balance out the page and add something fun, but I gotta put the entire food pairing section here this time because, just, wow. Very thorough.
