TASTING NOTES:
Chenin Blanc - “Exotic layers of Asian pear, Golden Delicious apples and jasmine transition into a seductive mouthful of flint, lemon curd, spiced pears and lanolin. Fantastic acidity backs up a crunchy mid-palate full of personality and precision, with a finish that goes on for days.” (AbV 12.9%, pH 3.33, TA 7.1 g/L, RS 0.9 g/L)

Grüner Veltliner - “Ripe peach, white nectarine, lime blossoms, orchard fruit and subtle notes of grain lead into a lean yet unctuous mid-palate full of minerals and sandy loam. Lingering notes of wasabi and lime finish clean, making for a complex wine that is provocative without the pretension.” (AbV 13%, pH 3.24, TA 6.9 g/L, RS 0.3 g/L)

VARIETALS: Chenin Blanc and Grüner Veltliner

BARRELS: Chenin Blanc in neutral oak, Grüner Veltliner in stainless steel.

PAIRS WITH: Chenin Blanc with Sweet and sour pork, Peking duck, pad thai, French fries. Grüner Veltliner with curries, vindaloo, pho, sushi.
