Frog Jam isn’t made out of frogs. Wild to find out. I mean, people eat frog legs already for some reason. They could just like, take some frog legs and mash ‘em up. Make them into a delicious paste.

Maybe you don’t know about Frog Jam already though. FROG is actually an acronym for Fig, Raspberry, Orange and Ginger. Unsurprisingly, these are the primary components of the jam.

To make a jam, simmer fruits covered with sugar in a pan over medium heat, potentially with some pectin added to help it gel. Many fruits already contain decent amounts of pectin, but a lot of jam recipes will ask you to add some.
