Brut - “Aromas of green apple, citrus and minerality make for a delightful start to this traditional sparkler. Our Brut NV offers bright, crisp acidity complimented by a touch of yeast on the delightfully long finish. A classic house style!“ (AbV 12%, pH 3.07, TA 7.6 g/L, RS 8 g/L)

Blanc de Blancs - “Gruet Blanc de Blancs is a Brut-styled sparkler, medium lemon in color with a fantastic bead in the glass that remains incredibly lively throughout the palate. Aromas of intense brioche, followed by green apples, lemon zest, honeysuckle, and tropical fruit.” (AbV 12%, pH 3.20, TA 7.6 g/L, RS 8 g/L)

BARRELS: Aged 18 - 24 months.

PAIRS WITH: Aperitif, crustacean, seafood, goat cheese, and Mediterranean dishes.

Tutti frutti is a thing. The name is not nonsense, which I honestly thought at first. Saying it out loud makes it seem like one of those cute old rhyming phrases that we’ve seen in the past. But no, it’s actually a slightly shortened version of tutti i frutti, Italian for “all fruits.” This is because it is a medley of candied fruits. At least, originally. These days it’s more of a descriptor for when you add a bunch of different natural or artificial fruit flavors. The most common context of tutti frutti outside Italy is in ice cream, but it can also refer to assorted fruits soaked in alcohol or dried fruits as a compote or even just a fruit salad. So yeah. Not just a random flavor descriptor like, I don’t know, “Tiger’s Blood.”
