TASTING NOTES:
Rosé - “This sassy, sexy, foxy and yummy wine has good balance with a light refreshing mouthfeel. Its floral notes are strawberry, bubblegum, peach rings, and honey suckle with notes of cotton candy. With fresh carbonation on the finish, this is a perfect summertime hot tub wine or wonderful crowd-pleasing brunch wine.“ (AbV 11%, pH 3.2, TA 6.5 g/L, RS Off-Dry 4%)

Brut - “Made in a ‘Brut’, dry and crisp delicate style with hints of litchi nut and peach pits, this sparkling wine will accompany Asian food and light chicken or pork dishes.” (AbV 12.97%, pH 3.17, RS Dry 0.8%)

We can never forget the madness that was the Tickle Me Elmo craze of ’96.

Tyco released the toy into the wild in July of that year, with 400,000 available. They were decently popular, but it wasn’t until Fall that things began to fall into chaos. Gradually, the doll disappeared from shelves, and more people were hunting for it throughout November. The supply had not yet been supplemented, and by Black Friday stores were completely sold out. Tyco ordered another 600,000 for the Christmas season, but it wasn’t enough. People were fighting in stores. They chased trucks like zombies in a horror film. Store workers were trampled by wild beasts. Hellfire rained from the sky and the stars went out. I guess in the end it was somewhat of a positive for helping the Children’s Television Workshop out, but at what cost? At what cost?
