TASTING NOTES:
“Initially in the glass, you’ll notice the same fragrant, aromatic array found in mulberry, cherry and blackberry with overtones of wild violet flowers. Distinct for its deep, midnight purple color and crimson highlight, the taste on the palate is smooth and silky, with layers of black fruit that will evolve with age. The finish is bright and memorable, as pure as the famous garden where it was first discovered.” (AbV 13.0%, pH 3.68, TA 4.5 g/L, RS 15.42 g/L)

A “lizard man” named Moorkus Rex is leading an army of tyrannosauruses on a rampage across the known world, slaughtering dinosaurs and humans indiscriminately. Humans once built great citadels and maintained a good relationship with the dinosaurs, but both of those have largely deteriorated over time and in the face of the so-called Tyrann horde. Now all that remains is Mo, the last citadel. Adam, prince of Mo, must find a way to save Mo from Moorkus and his Tyranns as his father, the king, has become despondent with the death of his wife and daughter. This is the premise of Lost Eden (1995), a point-and-click adventure for the MS DOS. Fully voice-acted, and animated with both 2D artwork and 3D sequences, it’s an interesting, obscure entry in game history. If you like Dinotopia, fantasy point-and-click games, and/or wild 90’s new-age music, it could be worth a look.
