TASTING NOTES:
Blanc de Noirs - “This non-vintage Blanc de Noirs Rose displays lush aromas of sweet cranberries, and ripe wild strawberries with hints of fresh vanilla bean. The palate boasts flavors of pomegranate and vanilla, and an elegant minerality that contributes to the firm tannins and citrus finish.” (AbV 12.9%, pH 3.18)

Blanc de Blancs - “Complex layers of Honeycrisp apple and pear mix with toasted brioche and honeycomb. A creamy and velvety palate shows stone fruits such as ripe nectarine with delicate floral notes finishing with bright acidity.“ (AbV 12%, pH 3.18)

There are many LeBlancs out there, but if you just search LeBlanc in Google, you’ll probably see a scantily clad lady wearing a ridiculous tiara and cape. Like a stereotypical sexy Halloween costume based on the Evil Queen from Snow White. This is LeBlanc. She is one of over 140 playable characters in the now fourteen-year-old online competitive game League of Legends. It’s what a lot of people first think of when you say eSports, if you ever had a reason to say the word eSports. LeBlanc happens to be one of the earlier additions to the game, around 2010, which partially explains the outfit. They had a narrower demographic at the time. Despite her appearance, LeBlanc is actually a nearly 2000-year-old shady aristocrat manipulating politics from behind the scenes. Never would’ve thought it.
