TASTING NOTES:
“Onesta Rosé is opulent and bursting with flavors of guava and melon, delivering a mouthwatering long finish. Made in a Provençal style, the Rosé is completely dry (no residual sugar) and elegant which makes it the perfect wine for relaxing with friends on a warm spring or summer day.” (AbV 13.5%)

BARRELS:
6 months, stainless steel and 15% very neutral French oak.

TANGENTIALLY RELATED FACT to help you make conversation over this wine:
16th President Abraham Lincoln is often known by the moniker Honest Abe, especially once he became a legendary figure, but I’ve found different accounts pertaining to its origin. I’ve seen it referred to in his work as a storekeeper in New Salem early on, mentions of him chasing down customers if he miscounted change. I’ve seen it applied to his time as a lawyer. I also have seen it mentioned that his biographers were the ones who cemented his honest reputation in the popular understanding of him. Honestly, I think he was always Honest Abe. Just who he was.
