About Peterson Winery
For 30 years, Fred Peterson, and eventually his son Jamie, have been producing wine in Dry Creek Valley. With an old-world winemaking philosophy and strong desire to farm sustainably, the Petersons utilize “Zero Manipulation” techniques, with minimal tech and maximum care.
