“A layered and expressive Rosé, indicative of the Central Coast. Pink Agua has rich aromas of guava and honeydew that give way to strawberry and nectarine on the palate. Iguanas are herbivorous lizards. I don’t know why that surprised me. I guess I usually think of reptiles except for turtles going for meat and bugs. There are only two recognized species of iguanas out there: Iguana delicatissima and the wonderfully named Iguana iguana. These are the Lesser Antillean iguana and Green iguana respectively. The things are all over Central America and Mexico as well as some relatively nearby islands. Unfortunately to some degree, they’ve made it into parts of the US and other islands where they aren’t exactly supposed to be. This has caused some turmoil in the ecosystems, such as that of Florida.
