“Dry, yet impeccably balanced, this wine bursts with flavors of passion fruit, honeyed peach and tangy citrus fruits. Light-bodied with crisp acidity and aromas of lime, green apple, and lemon. There are several Saint Julians out there, but one of the most well known is Saint Julian the Hospitaller. Despite the association with hospitality, his track record is rather… spotty. When he was born, his dad allegedly saw witches put a curse on him that would make him kill his parents. Eventually his mom spilled the beans, and he decided to run away so that he wouldn’t kill them. Unfortunately, they stayed at his house after his wife insisted, and after the devil told him his wife was sleeping with someone else, he came home and killed the supposed “intruder.” He eventually devotes his life to charitable work though, opens an inn on a river side. Until a guy stays overnight and wrecks the place. Then he says he won’t do it anymore. But then Jesus shows up in disguise and convinces him to open it again.
