“The 2017 Cimarron Red Blend is powerful and wild in itself. We ferment the varietals separately, and later blend this Rhone style wine. The integrity of each component - Syrah, Mourvédre, Grenache, and a splash of Petit Verdot - are more pronounced with late blending vs co-fermentation.”
