TASTING NOTES:
“It’s a wine you can confidently age for years (Yannick gives a range of 15-25 years). The multi-layered nose has aromas of dark chocolate, coffee beans, licorice, spices, and dark small berries. On the palate, the wine is bold and intense and at the same time fresh and wonderfully juicy.“ (AbV 14.5%, pH 3.7)
