TASTING NOTES:
“Our rich Chardonnay brings distinct flavors of baked apple, lemon, wood spice and vanilla that deepen alongside notes of butterscotch and crème brûlée. A bold take on a California classic, the 2020 vintage includes fruit from Monterey’s cool-climate Arroyo Seco and vineyards in Lodi and Colusa Counties. The addition of Viognier to this vintage complements the flavors imparted by the bourbon barrels, lending a touch of ripe apricot and subtle richness.” (AbV 13.5%, pH 3.58, TA 0.55 g/100mL, RS 0.86 g/100mL)

BARRELS: 20% in French and American oak and 15% in bourbon barrels, then stainless steel, before finishing in charred bourbon barrels.

A man is fished out of the Mediterranean Sea with no memory and two gunshot wounds. Despite having no memory, he does have some kick-ass moves and can speak many languages. Also for some reason he’s got a laser pointer surgically implanted on his body that projects the number of his security deposit box? We never really figure out why that was put there. Anyway, he gets stuff from his box, including the name on his American passport: JASON BOURNE.

The CIA sends three elite agents to kill him, but he beats them all, because he’s the best there is. He beats two of them, at least. The third is just kind of there as a Chekov’s gun. So Bourne eventually figures out how he got shot and sent adrift. He then arranges a meeting with his former boss, a meeting where he turns in his metaphorical badge. But resignation’s not that easy! Cause then a bunch of agents show up, and Bourne has to fight even more dudes to get away! And then there are two more movies where he fights more tough guys, holds more people hostage to grill them for information, and struggles to remember who the heck he really is.
