TASTING NOTES:
2014 - Aromas of raspberry, black cherry, baking spices, vanilla bean. Blackberry compote, toasted hazelnuts, wet stones on the tongue.

2015 - Aromas of black cherry, rose petal, lemon thyme, caramel, malted cocoa. Black raspberry, dark cherry, Italian plum, granite, slight herbal notes on the tongue.

2016 -Aromas of fresh herb, tobacco leaf, dark cherry, blueberry, light mineral & floral notes. Raspberry, black cherry, berry cobbler, dusty malt, hint of wet river rock on the tongue.
