About Anderson Hill: “Brian Anderson, and his son Ben, purchased 32 acres of land in Lenswood, Adelaide Hills in 1994 and developed it into a vineyard. The family focuses on producing high quality wine grapes and premium wines. Since Brian’s passing, Ben and his wife Clare have continued to run the family business.”

TASTING NOTES: “Heady blue fruit on the nose with lashings of violet, blossom, and hints of baking spice. Spiced dark plum on the palate with fresh blue and black berries, pepper, and liquorice. Lifted acidity with plush mouth-coating tannins delivers a great length on the finish.” (AbV 14.5%, pH 3.56, TA 6.4 g/L, RS 0.9 g/L)

THAT REMINDS ME OF: The Big O! It’s a film noir-inspired anime where Bruce Wayne uses a giant robot! Kinda.

Instead of Gotham, it’s Paradigm City. The last bastion of humanity. While the rest of the known world is nothing but a wasteland, the city endures, partially underneath large glass domes and controlled by the Paradigm Corporation. Forty years ago, there was an apocalypse of some sort that both wiped out everybody else and led to the residents of this city losing all memories prior to the event. Androids live alongside the citizens of Paradigm, and giant robots called Megadeus can be observed on occasion.

Roger Smith is a professional negotiator. And a rich playboy. He tries his best to sort out disagreements without violence. But sometimes, violence seems unavoidable.
