TASTING NOTES:
“On the nose, there’s our signature aromatics from this old vineyard - bright black and red fruits, including a crème de cassis, red cherry, black skinned plums, milk chocolate, fresh coffee and hints of vanilla and cedar. The flavors are echoes of those aromas, but soft, medium-full body and textured (as most of our wines are, very beautifully textured.) The finish is a surprise, lasting a good 20-30 seconds or more and the acidity is brisk and invites more tasting.” (AbV 14.9%, 96% Cabernet Sauvignon 3% Cabernet Franc 1% Merlot)
