“The gorgeous aromas express ripe cherry and red berries with accents of toasty oak. On the palate, the flavors reflect the aromas: red fruits and spice with a fresh, crisp finish.” (AbV 14.2%, blend of 100% Pinot Noir)

Aged for 10 months in 33% new barrels; Sirugue, Billon, Kadar French oaks.

“Taste a Dream” says Mr. Pon of Bernardus. As a native midwesterner, I tend to dream about tornadoes a lot. Probably not the tastiest dream. Apparently it’s supposed to mean things like danger and volatility in your life.

My dreams contain typically several tornadoes at once while I’m just on a highway without a car or out in a field.
