About Capo Isetta
"In VINO VERITAS,” they proclaim. Who are they? Well they are none other than Capo Isetta, founded by the Italian wine family the Isettas. From their grandfather who built the barrels, to his sons who worked for Christian Brothers Winery and ran their own shows, to the current generation in Marilyn, Bill, and Dominic who head Capo Isetta, the Isettas have had a hand in the wine industry for generations. Producing wines that are fruit-forward and luscious upon release, they are bringing out balanced, limited-production wines that are ready to enjoy from the get-go.

TASTING NOTES:
2018 - “On the nose, it has the aroma of stone fruit with a hint of fig. It also has notes of watermelon rind, strawberries, tart pomelo fruit, and raspberry brambles. Mineral driven acidity lends a crispness to the mid-palate and finish.” (AbV 12.5%, RS 0.0, 50% Pinot Noir 22% Cabernet Sauvignon 15% Zinfandel 13% Syrah)

2019 - “With pleasant aromas of watermelon, strawberry and enticing tropical fruits. Crisp and with a touch of acidity, this Rose is light and refreshing from start to finish.” (Perhaps too recent to find the fine details…)

Internet culture has tended to seep into reality over time. You have the acronyms now in common vernacular. You have people of all ages using emojis. You have memes being quoted in-person.

So with platforms for live video content like Twitch becoming the giants of internet culture that they are, I feel like we’re going to start seeing people using Twitch emotes or naming Twitch emotes in real life. Twitch emotes are basically emojis but specific to the platform with pretty distinct names. One of which is Kappa, which is used to denote sarcasm. Which is actually pretty useful given, you know, the internet.
