TASTING NOTES:
2017 Cabernet - “This magnificent 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is a superb blend of three vineyards, St. Helena, Rutherford & East Sonoma Hills. A quality wine with a bold, rich Bordeaux style. Layers of ripe currant and cherry engulf your mouth to prepare for a mighty and tannic finish.“ (AbV 13.5%)

2016 Cabernet - “The 2016 DRM has a light cedar box and vanilla aromas. In the mouth, it’s peppery with black cherries and cocoa on the palate with a lingering finish. This is a more reserved style of Napa cab and people who love Bordeaux will appreciate this wine.“ (AbV 13.5%)

2016 Syrah - “Dark ruby-red in color, this Syrah is smooth upon entry and zesty on the finish, sourced from the eastern mountains of Napa Valley. Entwined with enjoyable aromas of strawberry jam and smoky oak, followed by a fine concentration of blackberry and raspberry flavors.” (AbV 14%)

2016 “Old Vine” Zinfandel - “The fully spiced aroma acts as a pleasant introduction for this fruity Zinfandel, a true expression of 50-year-old grape vines, tucked away in the east hills of Napa Valley. A hint of black cherry and pomegranate lingers into a well-structured body that is followed by a subtle, elegant finale.” (AbV 14%)

BARRELS: 36 months in neutral French oak.
