“With a name meaning “out of” in Latin, EX speaks to our focus on expressing the personality and characteristics of our Certified Sustainable (SIP) estate vineyard. The resulting unoaked wine is bright and direct, yet deceptively rich. The nose has a subtle tropical note and flavors offer guava, banana and green apple. There is a noticeable but balanced acidity with a full mouthfeel.” (AbV 13.4%)

Wrath is a complicated thing. It’s vindictive and aggressive, difficult to control or maybe even uncontrollable. Heck, somebody decided it was one of seven deadly sins. There are beings in Buddhism, however, which may be described as the wrathful deities. This form of wrath is not inherently negative. Instead, they are usually Bodhisattvas and Devas that take on a wrathful form and channel negative forces in a positive way by counteracting other negative forces. In a way, they are fight fire with fire protectors of the people. They will fight without mercy against both the supernatural and natural forces that would harm Buddhists or bar the path to enlightenment. Among them may be Yama, the god of death, and its pursuer Yamantaka, members of the Four Heavenly Kings and/or the Wisdom Kings (and Queens) who are associated with directions, and all sorts of regional variants.
