About Frog’s Tooth Vineyards and Winery
Born 1999 in the interestingly named Copperopolis, the equally strangely named Frog’s Tooth Vineyards and Winery have been giving folks a true taste of the Sierra Foothills. You can stop by to wine with them at their tasting room near Main Street in Murphys. Hand sorting each varietal, only the best make it into their wines.

“Fleshy fruit taste with soft characters of tart cherry, anise, strawberry, red currents, nutmeg, vanilla and cinnamon.“ (AbV 15.3%)

The term “armed to the teeth” is rooted in 17th century piracy, particularly around Port Royal in Jamaica. Back then, guns were a huge pain to reload, but they were also a huge pain for whoever you shoot. What is the solution to this conundrum? More guns! A gun in each hand, a gun in each pocket, guns on your belt and in your pants, you name it. And then, just for good measure, a dagger between your teeth. Voila. Armed to the teeth.
