What we don’t grow on our beautiful 10 acre vineyard in Copperopolis CA, we source from other local growers who share our passion.”

TASTING NOTES: “Verdelho was a new white varietal for me. All it took was the owner to go on a river cruise to Portugal where it was featured on board. Never experiencing before, I sent him to the store to fine some samples for me… then we sat down to determine the direction to take. I knew that it had to be full cluster pressed after hand sorting. The resulting juice had a very lemon, citrus nose. We decided to do stainless steel aging and then to finish the wine to give smoothness and a bit of color to the resulting wine. Using ML to further soften the finish I think that we have achieved our goal of a crisp, dry white.” (AbV 15%)
