About Furthermore Wines
Furthermore is primarily known for their Pinot Noir. Interested in how the coastal climates of California influence Pinot Noir, they’ve produced cases from vineyards in Santa Barbara all the way up to Mendocino. In 2015, they acquired Graton Ridge as an estate vineyard. With this acquisition, they’ve set up a tasting room and moved operations, as well as come into the possession of wines such as the dessert wines featured today.

TASTING NOTES:
Petite Sirah - Plum, black cherry, oak and spice aromatics. Lightly sweet upon entry, with black cherry and dark chocolate flavors and a finish of baking spice.

A+ Apple Wine - Aromatics of golden delicious apples, with white floral notes and lemon peel. Sweet upon entry, with hints of vanilla and soft mouthfeel.

Wait, hold on, it appears that while both are fermented apples, what makes apple wine distinct is that it is fermented in the same process as traditional wine. Which also involves more sugar and a higher alcohol content.
