Brut - “This Brut is straw yellow in color; with gorgeous apple on the nose and palate. Round mouthfeel, dense and silky with a long finish and a touch of sweetness.” (AbV 12%, pH 3.07, TA 76 ppm, RS 0.8% g/L)

Sauvage - “Sauvage Dry is brilliant white gold in color with an open and intense nose. Aromas of fresh white flowers, hawthorn and Meyer lemon. Round palate with white and yellow fruits like peach, lemon and quince. Long and balanced on the finish.” (AbV 12%, pH 3.05, TA 76 ppm, RS 0.04% g/L)

The card game Magic: the Gathering has been around for about 30 years now, and for most of that time it’s involved beings known as planeswalkers. The universe of Magic consists of many different planes of reality, different permutations with their own unique qualities. Planeswalkers are, as the name suggests, people who can move between planes. A rare ability, it is gained when someone’s planeswalker “spark” ignites. Essentially, something clicks inside them and they suddenly find themselves moving across realities. Usually it happens in a situation of particularly high trauma or personal triumph, and it doesn’t happen for everybody. A planeswalker’s spark is intertwined with their soul, so to remove a spark (to despark) results generally in their death. A powerful dragon planeswalker named Nicol Bolas, in a bid to become a god across all realities, instigated a war to harvest the sparks of other planeswalkers that was consequently known as the War of the Spark.
