TASTING NOTES:
Blanquette - “Pale yellow color with green tints. Fine and lingering bubbles. A fresh nose of white flowers, pear, and citrus. A lively palate with notes of dried fruits and toasted aromas on the finish.” (AbV 12.5%, 90% Mauzac 5% Chenin Blanc 5% Chardonnay)

Crémant - “A lovely orange-pink sunset color with delicate and persistent bubbles. Refined scents of honeysuckle, peach and apricot lead way to a soft mouthfeel of grapefruit and a hint of blood orange.” (AbV 12.5%, Mauzac Chenin Blanc Chardonnay)

So, in Genesis, there’s the story about the Tower of Babel. After the Flood that wiped the slate pretty much clean, apparently everyone left over spoke one language. So all the people on Earth went to one place to live together and flourish. Things were great. Then everybody decided, you know what, why don’t we work together and build a tower that reaches heaven! Eventually God is like, whoa there kids. He decides to just get rid of the tower, make everyone speak different languages so they can’t work together, and throws everybody across the planet. And so, there was no such thing as world peace for the next dozen millennia or so and probably more, the end.
