TASTING NOTES:
2019 - “Juicy and intense, our 2019 Kukeri Petaluma Gap Pinot Noir is silky in texture and complex in flavor, with dark berries and cherry pie, fusing perfectly with an exotic undertone of black tea and toasty vanilla oak. In the glass, dark red hues, darker to the edge, medium weight on the palate with a balanced silky mouthfeel and bright refreshing acidity. Long persistent finish.” (AbV 14.2%, pH 3.67)

2021 - “Juicy and intense, our 2021 Kukeri Petaluma Gap Pinot Noir is silky in texture and complex in flavor, with dark berries and wildflowers, fusing perfectly with an exotic undertone of sweet herbs and toasty vanilla oak. In the glass, dark red hues, darker to the edge, medium weight on the palate with balanced silky mouthfeel and bright refreshing acidity. Long persistent finish.” (AbV 14.2%, pH 3.66)

THAT REMINDS ME OF: WooOOooo, the Spooky Space Kook! Iconic Scooby-Doo villain. Very clean, recognizable design. And that laugh… Here, he does it a couple times in this clip.

He stalks a nearly abandoned airfield and farmland nearby, trying his darnedest to scare everybody away so that they sell the land. Well, the Space Kook doesn’t want them to sell the land. Henry Bascomb, the guy dressed up as the Space Kook, wants it.

The motives of his Space Kook character are unknowable. But, he sure as hell looks like he’s having a grand old time.
