About Kunde Family Estate
Founded back in 1904, the Kunde Family Estate is still owned and operated by the Kunde family. With over one hundred years of shaping across five generations of family members, Kunde’s 1,850 acre estate has become a staple of the Sonoma Valley. Louis Kunde emigrated from Germany and founded the winery back in 1904 after purchasing the Wildwood Vineyards ranch. Ever since, they’ve been committed to both the innovation of their winemaking techniques and the sustainability of their beautiful land.

There is apparently a nice little bakery/cafe in Budapest, Hungary, that contains a small marzipan museum. Meanwhile in Geneva, there is a celebration where people obliterate a chocolate cauldron full of marzipan vegetables. Different strokes for different folks.

DRINK IT FROM/WITH (conventional option):
A white wine glass, or chardonnay glass if you’ve got one. The vintner recommended pairing is grilled Yellow Fin Tuna fish tacos with a fresh salsa-infused guacamole.

Marzipan “glass,” cause honestly, that’d be great.
