TASTING NOTES:
“ A crisp pale straw yellow with beautiful clarity. On the nose, precise and intense fruit aromas of ripe pineapple and melon, accented by subtle honey and toasted almonds from 40% wood contact and battonage, lees stirring. On the palate, full and rich with a complex roundness and refreshing acidity that creates a memorable and elegant finish, with a slight minerality to the end.” (AbV 13.5%, pH 3.33, RS 1.8 g/L)

The Mighty Boosh is a British comedy troupe that has gone from stage shows, to radio shows, to television shows, and a music festival once. For the first TV series, the characters are employees at a zoo called the Zooniverse. The second series, they all move into the same flat when the zoo closes. Including Bollo, a gorilla from that zoo. In the third series, two characters work in a curio shop under the flat while the shaman and gorilla travel. If this sounds nonsensical, it is. For example: the grim reaper mistakes one of the main characters, Howard, for a terminally ill Bollo, because Howard was dressed like a gorilla. So, the other main character, Vince, travels through both Limbo and Monkey Hell to get him back.
