Valley of the Moon Winery at Madrone Estate was one of the first wineries of Sonoma Valley and holds some of the region’s oldest Zinfandel. Rooted in the classic Italian varietals Sangiovese and Barbera planted by the Italian immigrants that established Sonoma’s first vineyards, they’ve also come to grow the Cabernet Sauvignon and Zinfandel the valley is famous for.
