About Mimosa Royale: “We searched California high and low for the best sourced white wine grapes, and after a year of searching we found our grapes in one of its finest wine counties. We combined different varieties of grapes, to create a proprietary blend wine with a perfect mix of tropical back notes and a sweet orange finish, that is both tasty and refreshing.”

TASTING NOTES:
Apple - Clear apple juice with an aroma of crisp red apple. Surprise, surprise, it tastes just like apple juice! Vibrant, petillant, moderately sweet light-to-medium body and a seamless, easy finish. No bad apple cider aftertaste. A clean, fun, and light-hearted Mimosa anytime. (AbV 8%)

Berry - Light rose colored juice with aromas of strawberry, blueberry, and, raspberry. “One note hits you in the beginning, one note in the middle, and one note in the end. Leaves a satiny, vibrant, petillant, moderately sweet light-to-medium body and a seamless, easy finish. A fun and light-hearted Mimosa for all activities.” (AbV 8%)

Episode 12 of the second season of Star Trek: The Next Generation is called “The Royale.” After coming across debris from a NASA ship estimated to have launched in the late 21st century, far further than it should have been able to travel, near an uninhabitable planet, the crew of the Enterprise find a single spot on the planet capable of supporting human life. In that spot, aliens have recreated an old casino named The Royale, and the away team of Data, River, and Worf get cut off once inside. When the sole survivor of the NASA ship encountered the aliens, they took pity on him and tried to create an environment suitable to him based off a pulpy book he had in his possession. The result wasn’t great, and the survivor died decades later and centuries in the past, leaving the casino operating as if nothing had changed. How will our heroes escape this weird casino pocket dimension thing? You’ll just have to tune in! About 34 years ago.
