Dear Friends,

As I bid farewell, I reflect on the journey we’ve shared through time. From the first pour to the last sip, I hope to have been a delightful companion to your moments of joy, reflection, and perhaps even some questionable dance moves.

After 20 vintages with the famous Bechthold vines, Jillian says goodbye. It has been an incredible ride, filled with laughter, a little spilled wine, and plenty of toasts to the good life. Crafted with care, my story is one of resilience, grace, and maybe just a touch of inebriated wisdom—because, let’s be honest, the best ideas always seem to come after a second (or third) glass.

Each bottle carried the essence of tradition and the hope of the future, a balance of elegance and strength that Jillian strived to bring to your table. And if I’ve helped you unwind, celebrate, or just giggle uncontrollably, then my work here is complete.

Though this chapter ends, know that the spirit of Onesta lives on. Thank you for the memories, the laughter, and the many, many empty bottles.

TASTING NOTES: “This is a typical rich and intense Cinsault that explodes strawberry rhubarb pie in the glass. The ancient vines produced a Cinsault with great concentration - lots of juicy black cherry, rhubarb and plum, with notes of vanilla from extended barrel aging.“ (AbV 14.1%)
