How Now, Cinsault

TASTING NOTES:
2013 - “The 2013 vintage produced fruit with higher tannin levels, giving a bigger structure and more midpalate weight. The big red fruit is nicely balanced with white pepper and a hint of ‘Rhone meatiness.’” (AbV 14.5%, pH 3.55, TA 6.0 g/L, RS 0 g/L)

2015 - “The 2015 vintage was a stellar year for grape quality in Lodi, California. It was a low crop year, which produced a Cinsault with great concentration - lots of juicy black cherry and plum, with notes of mocha and chocolate from extended barrel aging.” (AbV 14.5%, pH 3.46, TA 6.29 g/L, RS 0.5 g/L)

Western classical rhetoric, the art of persuasive speaking, is made up of five principles, or canons: inventio, dispositio, elocutio, pronuntiatio, and memoria. Inventio centers around the brainstorming and discovery of an argument. Dispositio refers to the organization of the speech. Pronuntiato is where the speech is delivered, and memoria is memorization of the speech. Then there is elocutio, which refers to how the speech is delivered. Essentially it’s about the tone, the amount of ornamentation (ex. figures of speech), level of speaking, grammar, and pronunciation.

Yep, pronunciation has nothing to do with pronuntiatio (and vice versa).
