TASTING NOTES:
“The nose is fresh raspberry and cherry cola with coriander and a hint of sage, clove and camp fire smoke. The palate entry is figs and cranberries with a hint of sage and tangerine, finishing with cherry jubilees, a hint of smoke and a soft, elegant finish.” (AbV 14.6%, pH 3.52, TA 0.65 g/100 mL, RS >0.3 g/L)

BARRELS
Aged for 6 months with an additional 11 months of barrel aging in 20% new French Oak (Rousseau) and 80% well-seasoned neutral oak.

An American hip-hop duo from Georgia, Outkast was made up of André 300 and Antwan “Big Boi” Patton. One of the biggest Southern hip hop groups from the 90’s to the early 2000’s, they released six studio albums between 1994-2006 and received critical acclaim for much of their career. Pretty neat, considering they started the group as high school students back in ’92.
