TASTING NOTES:
Cabernet Franc - “There’s a bouquet of dark berries, floral notes and black pepper spice followed by flavors of dark fruits, some minerality and bright acidity all integrating nicely. The rounded tannins frame the zesty finish and is accented by toasted oak and spicy notes.” (AbV 14.1%, pH 3.59, TA 0.615 g/100mL)

Classico - “From the fruit forward aromas to the lingering flavors, Sonoma Classico blends the characteristics of each grape seamlessly: red fruits with a touch of cooking spices; cherry and berry flavors with bright acidity and light toast notes. A medium bodied blend, there is an underlying structure of rounded tannins bringing balance along with a peppery and toasty finish.” (AbV 14.9%, pH 3.83, TA 0.577 g/100mL)

Merlot - “Aromas of dark red fruit and a touch of warm cooking spices. Flavors of cherry and plum are showcased with a vanilla oak toast. Medium bodied with mild tannins follow through to a round and fruity finish. A beautifully balanced wine.” (AbV 13.7%, pH 3.63, TA 0.630 g/100mL)

THAT REMINDS ME OF: Classical music. What exactly is classical music? People would give examples like Bach, Mozart, and Beethoven… But what about before them, things like a Gregorian chant? Or in the 20th century, like Shostakovich? Is Philip Glass classical music? The world may never know.

Well okay, there are two answers. Classical music is either any Western music that could be considered “art” music rather than popular and folk, and/or it is music written in the period between 1750 and 1820. Before 1750 was Baroque and after is Romantic.
