TASTING NOTES:
“Pineapple, mango and peach aromas lead to juicy fruit flavors of citrus, sweet spices, pineapple, and toasty oak notes. The blend of the two Chardonnay lots adds both fruit forward qualities and a creamy texture. Highlighted by bright acidity, the wine finishes clean and refreshing. Drink now - no aging required.” (AbV 13.5%, pH 3.37, TA 0.66 g/100mL)

BARRELS:
15% in American oak and 85% in stainless steel, aged for 8 months.

Most people are familiar with jelly, jam, and preserves, but what’s the difference between them? All of them do involve fruits getting mixed with sugar and pectin, the latter of which giving the gel-like consistency. Jelly is made from fruit juice, hence why it’s the smoothest and usually clear. Jam uses fruit pulp and/or crushed fruits, giving it it’s less even texture. And with preserves, big chunks of fruit are just tossed in. And then Jell-O is animal skin and bones, but that’s a whole other thing.
