TASTING NOTES:
“The wine is pretty, fresh and fruity with strawberries and honey aromas. Since the wine is made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes (a very unusual variety to make Rosé from) it gives better textures; the wine is semi-sweet and full of flavors.” (AbV 14.2%, RS 1%)

BARRELS:
Bottled after being in the barrel for 3 months as well. What kind of barrel? Perhaps it’ll be elucidated in the thread.

TANGENTIALLY RELATED FACT to help you make conversation over this wine:
Originating in the 1920’s US, the term “heeby jeebys” first seems to have been written by William Morgan de Beck in a 1923 cartoon for the New York American. While heebie and jeebie don’t actually mean anything separately, it’s thought they follow the trend of rhyming reduplications (silly rhyming phrases) that took off in the 20’s. Think of such phrases as mumbo jumbo and bee’s knees.
