2019 - “A bouquet reminiscent of juicy dark cherries, blood orange and strawberry lead to savory flavors of plum, pomegranate and raspberry, finishing with hints of earthy notes and balanced, spicy oak. This wine is perfect for the collector’s cellar, and will continue to age gracefully for a decade or more.“ (AbV 14.2%, pH 3.63, TA 6.0 g/L)

2020 - “Subtle red fruits, Italian herbs, and rose petals define a delicate nature. Earthy undertones of fallen leaves and cherry skins leave a trace on the juicy finish.” (AbV 14.3%, pH 3.71, TA 5.9 g/L)

THAT REMINDS ME OF: The other dinosaur movie from 1993, Carnosaur. A ridiculous romp with rubber and stop-motion dinosaurs, gory deaths, and women getting pregnant with dinosaurs. Yeah, and Gene Siskel gave it a thumbs up. Quality.

Dr. Jane Tiptree makes an airborne virus she first infects chickens with, but some of the chickens get out, and one of them hatches a dinosaur. Then people in a small Nevada town also start getting sick. Turns out Tiptree wants to infect the entire human race to destroy it and bring about the second coming of the dinosaurs! She’s got her own T. rex too. It’s up to drunk mining company security guard Doc Smith to stop caring about the hippies going after excavation equipment and fight a Tyrannosaurus rex with a Bobcat. And then the government kills everybody involved, the end.
