TASTING NOTES:
“Complex and yet approachable, the Slingshot North Coast Cabernet Sauvignon has a bouquet of ripe forest fruits, tobacco and vintage leather. The palate is dark and textured with notes of dark chocolate, blueberry, and plum that balance the acidity and chewy tannins. The lingering finish of subtle French oak will have you scrambling for more!” (AbV 14.5%, pH 3.8, TA 5.65, 25.4º Brix)

BARRELS
45% new French oak. Cabernet harvested October 2017 and released April 2019.
