TASTING NOTES:
Gewürztraminer - “This fine expression of Gewürztraminer features aromatics of lychee, white peach, citrus, mango and perfumed spice on the nose. The entrance has good volume with refreshing acidity. On the palate discover flavors of rose petals, passion fruit, lychee, cherry blossom and jasmine. Notes of wet stone linger on the finish.” (AbV 13.5%)

Sauvignon Blanc - “Tropical and citrus fruit notes greet the nose and continue on the palate. Aromatics of passionfruit, lemon, grapefruit, lychee and butterscotch on the nose give way to an inviting entrance layered with ripe fruit flavors such as lime, tangerine, pineapple, pear and tart gooseberry with a touch of toast. The barrel ferment and lees-stirring bring depth and breadth to the mid-palate while a refreshing acidity gives the wine structure. The finish is lingering and generous.” (AbV 13.5%)

Riesling - “From the prestigious Horse Heaven Hills sub-AVA, this Riesling is crisp and dry. On the nose, candied peach, orange and strawberry give way to key lime and honeysuckle aromas with hints of minerality, jasmine and apricot. A crisp entry with lemon custard flavors is followed by orange spice and green tea on the mid-palate and finishes with a lingering citrus zest and verbena.“ (AbV 13.0%, pH 3.28, TA 0.8 g/100mL, RS 0.7 g/100mL)
