Cabernet Sauvignon - “This is 100% varietal, all coming from old vines at this vineyard. It’s expressive and aromatically interesting, with notes of cedar, dried and fresh pipe tobacco, raspberry, and bittersweet chocolate. A plump, flavorful, raspberry-filled palate follows, gliding on the finish.” (AbV 14.5%)

Atemporal - “The aromas draw you into the glass, with notes of plum, spice, anise, ember, and dried herb. Dark fruit and chocolate flavors follow and, beyond that, a lightly smoky finish.” (AbV 13.8%, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon 40% Merlot 20% Syrah)

For about a decade, Riot Games was known solely for their free-to-play eSports-darling League of Legends. It is a very specific type of game, though. Given the company’s success with one competitive game, it seems natural that they eventually went for another, if in a very different genre. 2020 saw the release of Valorant, abbreviated as “Valo” popularly, a team-based first person shooter that’s much easier to follow. Modeled off of the popular competitive shooter series Counter-Strike, two teams of five players attempt to either set a bomb or neutralize it, trading roles every few rounds. Each player chooses a character with special abilities, and at the start of each round they have the opportunity to select a loadout of weapons and perks to customize their gameplay.
