I like whites in the summer. Chill in the fridge and then mix with cold sparkling water. Spritzer! During the winter for some reason I like reds. Probably b/c it doesn’t have to be chilled or chilled as much.
I add a few wines in the summer, but that’s about the only seasonal change for me. For instance I bought a case of NxNW rosé a couple of months ago that went straight in the closet. I won’t even crack it until this summer, and we’ll likely drink it all up before fall.
